Kevin Churko has put some pretty good stuff out lately.

Favourite hip-hop producer is El-P, but I also dig a lot of Paul White's stuff, as well as Madlib & Dilla. Kaytranada dropped a really solid project this year too so he's definitely moving up on my list.

Excluding people who only self-produced (but not excluding people who self-produced, too):

Brian Eno, Todd Rundgren, Bob Ezrin, George Martin, Berry Gordy, George Clinton, Phil Spector, Jeff Lynne, Roy Thomas Baker, Daniel Lanois are a couple handfuls of favorites.
