I rarely see TH post about KC. Does that make him a fake prog fan?

The Batlord 07-02-2018 12:40 PM

Probably. They don't have that cringe factor that seems so important to him.

I used Mediafire for the .zip file so I don't think anyone would get a virus but w/e.

Patrick O'Hearn was Frank Zappa's bassist back in the late 70's so might go over better anyway.

I always check YouTube or Spotify before I put an album up for review in The Album Club 2017. I was doing this from the beginning of my tenure as an official green-listed Album Club 2017 member. I did it just out of common courtesy for others. Now it's a rule. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I had to scratch a few albums because they were on neither YouTube nor Spotify.

No, just one who hasn't taken the time to really listen to them, though I did enjoy ITCOTCK thoroughly, so yeah, must start making that time...

Bruh even I think King Crimson are fantastic. That must mean you need to gargle their cum.

That's like, trademark fake prog fan.

If you say so.
I'd see a fake prog fan more as someone who isn't into the big names like Genesis, Rush, Yes .... oh ****. :)

I'm into enough prog to consider myself a true proghead. That doesn't suit your arbitrary definition, no skin off my tip.

They're just giants so it's weird to have not researched them as a music fan let alone a proghead.

The Batlord 07-02-2018 07:54 PM

It's like being a metal fan but I think I heard an Iron Maiden album at some point.
