I agree. I do not understand everybody's obsession with this album. Though you were nicer with your rating than I was.

It was ok... Nothing really stood out to me as "groundbreaking" nor was the message all that original. But hey Pitchfork told me to like it so I guess I should....

Rage For Order, Operation: Mindcrime and Empire are all wonderful albums. Desert island material for me.

A Moon Shaped Pool
is pretty good but not top tier Radiohead for me.

I haven't heard Rage for Order but I do enjoy Empire quite a bit.

I still haven't heard all of Queensryche's albums yet, but Empire was always my ****. Pop metal brilliance. I thought Operation Mindcrime's focus on its story took away from the songs tbh.
