Default How rare is this Beatles 1964 Songbook? Any guesses?

Been trying for years to get an evaluation on this Beatles songbook I have.
"The Sensational BEATLES Australasian Tour Souvenir Album" (1964).

It is a 24 page "songbook" (sheet music + bio + pics) in good condition.
Words and music for 8 songs:
Chains
Little Child
Don't Bother me
I Wanna Be Your Man
Please Mister Postman
There's A Place
Hold Me Tight
This Boy
Google searches have resulted in only a few ebay posts and a few "museum" articles....see link below (museum book held together with sticky tape).

I don't think I could give you a dollar figure, but I would assume it was an original copy. You'd have to discern how many copies exist for starters. There is so much Beatle paraphernalia circa 1964 that it may be hard to determine monetary value if that's what you're asking.

Sounds like a pretty neat artifact though.

You can sell it to Ringo for millions if you really work the nostalgia angle.
