I basically just repost my spotify new releases for you section.

2 of Georgia's 3 2019 albums were just added to Spotify btw, iirc you got a kick out of All Kind Music.

It was around 1999 or 2000 when I saw them. I don't remember for certain if they played either (or both) of those but I'm guessing they probably did. The show was them playing tapes and twisting knobs and pushing sliders on mixers, some minimal talking, and occasionally a bit of keyboard or guitar playing along with the audio. Most of the audio was set to screens behind them, showing clips of old stock film footage and stills from various TV commercials, movies, and educational films.

Moor Mother keeping it 100. Repeater is incredibly beautiful, I'd like to see her explore that more ambient sound with violin and tribal vocals more. Felt like Fetish Bones had some better standouts, but as an album, this is her strongest and most consistent solo release. The Reef the Lost Cauze feature goes hard, I'm gonna have to check out his solo stuff

There's a new Frank Ocean track, maybe that?

Also just noticed that Wiki dropped a new album called Oofie but I'm not sure if he's your style of hip hop.

It's instrumental and I haven't heard it yet, but I would put money on the new Kai Whiston having some serious bangers.

Technically called Michael Formanek Very Practical Trio

Related note: the three hottest names in jazz Branch, Roberts, Halvorson are all female fwiw
