I like the songwriting and the vocals. Some interesting guitar playing as well. It goes to places that I did not quite expect, based on how it started out. At least in this version, it's not far from some singer/songwriter things that I can be found listening to.
That's an excellent version. Houser unfortunately left WP in 2002 but John Bell's still the frontman as far as I know. Panic are one of the better country-oriented jam bands still running in the circuit today, and Space Wrangler (their debut) I still believe to be pretty underrated.
