Default books the best of the best

hello out there

I wanted to know if anybody knows about some books or dvds that can teach me the style of acdc or angus young. I dont mean like to learn their songs by a tab book but more the technique he use and the way he approach solos and rhythm parts.
and also something with how to compose in the same style. the plan is to take the techiques and knowlegde to create something that is my own.

looking for the same thing but with stevie ray vanguhan or any thing that can help me get better at rock and blues

english is not my first laungaue, so hope you stille understand
