Get hold of Outside and the Buddha Of Suburbia soundtrack - both are easily as good as almost anything he released in the 70s.

I could go on for hours about favourite songs, so I'll just say my absolute favourite's tied between I Would Be Your Slave, Sound & Vision and It's Gonna Be Me.
