In a new interview with Billboard, Crosby was asked about a reunion spurred by Trump’s election. “Yes, it might [happen], but we don’t get along, and we haven’t gotten along for a while,” he said. “They’re all mad at me. But they all dislike Donald Trump very much, the same way I do. We dislike him intensely because he’s a spoiled child who can’t do his job. So a reunion is possible. We don’t like each other, but we like Trump a whole lot less.”
When asked if Young, who's joined the trio sporadically over the years, would be part of this reunion, Crosby replied, “Well, that’s the only way you could reunite the band, isn’t it?” Still, he conceded "there’s a whole variety of reasons" his former bandmates don't get along with him lately. "You’ll have to ask them,” he added.

But, as Crosby pointed out, there's far more hatred for Trump. "I don’t just bash him -- I take him apart and hang him up by his thumbs," he said. "I really, really, dislike the guy. But at my concerts I come down pretty hard on most politicians. I have a very low opinion of politicians.” He also confirmed he doesn't want Trump supporters at his shows. “I don’t need them,” he said.

I find it very hypocritical of Bill Crosby to act so high and mighty after having drugged and raped all those poor women.

It's not just Southern man, it's white people in general. 500 years ago, few if any whites lived in the "New World," but then they acquired perhaps, over 50 million square km of, land, and America benefited, I read somewhere, from over 100 million man-years of slave labour.

Yeah, pay them back: how?

Okay, we can give Mount Vernon and Monte Cello to the descendants of the slaves whose forced labour provided the capital to have them constructed, but how will you convince millions (or at least the several 100 000s who'd do more than vote) of Trump supporters in the US South about reparations?

It's an old argument that doesn't answer all of the concerns.

While there are sexist types who oppose women's right to their bodies—including contraception, there is the question if the pre-born are sentient. What is the difference between killing a late fetus and newborn baby?

I've argued this a bit in another forum. I'd link to them were it not in violation of this site's rules against linking to pornographic material. While it's arguably a forum of an erotica, not porn, site, the tolerance levels at this site are somewhat low. I don't blame the mods as much as Google's cowardice.

another old position; nor does religion as a whole necessitate a particular position in the abortion issue or for that matter pretty well anything in politics. Communist countries such as Romania before 1989 made abortion difficult, whereas, I believe, in Japan, they have shrines where women can commemorate the souls of the fetuses they aborted.
