This kid is a freak of nature
 

Not sure whether to put this in the Lounge or in here, but it's about music so I guess I'll put it here.

Don't know how many of you have ever checked out Rick Beato's Youtube channel, but he's got a kid with perfect pitch.

And his sister is on her way too.

Even those who don't pick it up super quickly can develop perfect pitch so long as their hearing stays intact.

Nobody's sure, but guesses are about 1 in 10,000 or so.

Sing me the Genesis or Miracle scale and I'll be impressed.

You piqued my curiosity so I looked it up.



Probably that kid couldn't tell notes apart in a 100-note octave.

First off I don't care for the thread title. Why is he a "freak?" Cause he can tell the difference between notes?

This thread was interesting until Neap chimed in. Then, my eyes glazed over and I hatched a coupla new brain cells through dividing over-thinking by zero.

Yeah, somebody is taking my use of the word "freak" too seriously.
