I really like Der golem, their music gives off a feeling that no other group or musicians I know do. I know about Roman Sidorov other projects like старуха мха, Bardcore, fatal and Sedativ. And I also know the starterpack of dark wave artists like Черниковская Хата, Molchat doma, Утро, Увула, Buerak, Плохо, Несогласие ,Переулок Пятниский, Станция Videopark, Промышленность ,Пасош and Перемотка.
The thing is even those artists just don’t feel the same as Der Golem. But do you know any artists similar to Der Golem?

I heard of Утро and Buerak. I might have missed some bands cause really don't read Russian. Did you mention Ploho too? I imagine some of those bands to be influence by Joy Division and Metro Decay. They might not be what you're looking for but they are worth given a listen to if you haven't, cause the paved the way.

I'm not sure what exactly you are looking for, perhaps Jandek? for a lo-fi sound. He's more Blues than Dark Wave. November Növelet? for slow pace Dark Wave sound, I don't know how well you would take to them. Конец Электроники maybe?
