50-word album reviews

Not as easy as it seems. Can you properly review an album in fifty words or less (say minimum thirty, max fifty?), not including the title, artist etc - no "this is a great album" or "this sucks" or "you need to hear this" kind of things. Can you give some actual information, and your impressions of the album, in so few words?

For anyone who wants to give it a go, here's a link where you can paste text to count the words in your piece.

Scoundrel Days - A-ha - 1986

My favourite of theirs, it was the one with most of their well-known hits - "Cry Wolf", "Manhattan Skyline" etc. There are only two songs on it that suck, which makes it better than the debut. Soon after this a-ha would be forgotten, but not before putting Norway on the map.

a-ah, not ever been forgotten by us over here.....just playing the Scroundrel Days now...ok they were apart for a few years but still did reform for a few more years with the odd break, still get together to perform, have a tour planned for this year even..

True, and I have all their albums and love them, but the general populace forgot them. Ask anyone now to name an a-ha song and you know what they'll say, but ask them to name an album after Stay On These Roads and they'll be stumped.

You know Morten has solo albums? They're pretty good.

Koma Saxo - Koma Saxo (2019)

A funky rhythm section and mind bending horns playing bassist Petter Eldh's arrangements. Koma Saxo is avant-garde jazz that doesn't deal with the usual atonality/abrasiveness and is playful enough for most casual listeners. You're dumb for not listening to it. 5/5 good ****.

Mark IV - Lånt tid
by Sorten Muld

A nice comeback album, it is a bit different from their other albums from the Mark II (1997), III (2000) and Jord·Luft·Ild·Vand (2002).
I liked most of the songs from the new album, some more some less.
There are more instruments, oriental sound.
I still like their older sound more.
But I am still happy that they returned with a new album this year.

Hillelil
The first song from the album
