Who sounded better in the Devil Went Down To Georgia? :/
This is a question that's been on my mind for YEARS. In Charlie Daniels (RIP, :( The Devil Went Down To Georgia, The Devil challenges Johnny to a Fiddle Showdown. Devil says l,"If I win, you'll get this shiny fiddle made of gold, but if I win, I get your soul. " Johnny agrees, as he is confident in his Fiddle playing abilities, and they have the Fiddle Showdown. I found Devil's fiddle playing AMAZING and Johnny's Fiddle playing GOOD. I thought,"It's obvious that Devil won, he sounded MUCH better than Johnny. " YouTube Comments opened my eyes and pointed out that Devil is just hawing on his Fiddle like a Madman with no real passion or soul, and Devil cheated by having Demons play with him(I overlooked the "Band of Demons joined in," part) ;) which is why it sounds so amazing. Johnny sang a song and played lively music straight from his heart and soul."
So I can now see how Johnny won. What do you guys think? Who sounded better? Johnny or The Devil?
