Anyone going to this?

So far the lineup looks like:

Funeral for a friend
The Used
Story of the Year
Killswitch Engage
Rise Against


I thought it was about time we got a good music tour going in the UK since Im always hearing about Warped in the US. When I saw the US lineup for TOC I thought it look excellent but I can't help but be disappointed by the UK lineup...anyone else agree?

i be going to the brixton one. and to be honest im only really going to see ffaf, so i agree in some respects.

I was gonna go but I only wanna see KsE and possibly Rise Against but all the other bands, let's face it, aren't very good.

If Funeral play their older stuff instead of tracks from Hours, they'll be amazing. They do put on a good live show, as do The Used. But Story of the Year? Meh, never got into 'em like everyone else did. Dont hate 'em, but .. Yeah, no strong opinions on them really.

I didnt see the US lineup... Care to share?

The US lineup had MCR (fuc k...them? yea.. basically) underoath, senses fail, the used, killswitch... i don't remember who else... that was the lineup here anyway (florida) i know there were other bands jumping on and off throughout. underoath = cool, and killswitch, not so much the used or senses fail... but mcr = total crap.

mcr get my blood boiling

i enjoy mcr to some degree, but i will agree that they are terrible live. the rise against is worth seeing, definitely, i saw them in halifax with alexisonfire and the full blast.

story of the year's new song on purevolume is pretty good

Yeah the description was a tad general, seeing as there are usually hundreds of slightly short girls with dyed/naturally black hair at these Taste of Chaos gigs.

indeed - it may be true that i am unlike many other emo gals hence the black hair and shortness but you will know its me! I can teelll these things! So ladyluckrules- are u not one of us?

Submitted: killswitch engage guitarist, adam dutkiewicz will miss the international taste of chaos tour due to a recurring back problem. kse will play as a four piece and have a roadie help out as second guitarist on some songs.

i went to this, in brixton. ffaf were dissapointing, too much tunes off hours, but still good plus KSE were ****ing immense, they were the best band i felt, but overall was well good.

Taste of Chaos can suck my bald vagina. I hate this tour. The bands suck.

I went to that, was very disappointing, like 20 mins a set.. Should have been a day event, really. All the bands were pretty pants, KsE would have been the best, yeah. But nothing grand. A waste of hype. =(

I went to the Melbourne show in Australia. It had the same line-up except The Used were headlining. I was only there to see Funeral For A Friend. I only knew one or two songs by the others but oh. my. god. Story Of The Year kicked so much ass. They were the best by far. I have so much respect for them now.

Funeral suck abit live.
