Recommended hardcore (metal, album, member, quote, bands)

I have a friend who's a big time powerlifter and listens to HateBreed to psych himself up while training, can anybody recommend some similar stuff to HateBreed that he might like?

I recommend getting over crappy hardcore bands. Listen to some crust and d-beat instead. Some good bands to start him off would be...

Its not me remember? I'm long over HardCore. He wants in your face, aggressive as hell music to get him wound up to lift! Do your recommendations fit this description?

Yes, more so than Hatebreed anyway.

This album always gets me pumped for workouts. Not to mention it's not as cheesy as HateBreed, meaning you can listen to it when others are in the gym with no sense of embarasment. I mean your friend can... whatever.

Thats not to say they aren't in your face metal though. That's what he's looking for right. I would say JFAC fits the bill here.
