heres my opinion, and i think its accurate. Ok, emo is the lyrical expression of what was a. lost, b. wanted, c. gained, d. expression of love/hatred in either compassionate or violent acts or dreams/fantasies.

there's a search feature at the top, click on it, and type in "emo" then look for some threads on which this topic has already been discussed in great detail.

or just quit listening to **** music and go pick up dissertation, honey by the plot to blow up the eiffel tower
