Default Bamboozle

My friends got me tickets, and I'm thinking of going. Can anyone recommend me some bands that I should see there? Keep in mind I don't listen to a lot of emo anymore so I'm looking for bands that sound like Fall of Troy, All-American Rejects, and even possibly Fall out Boy.

well...the fall of troy is going. that's a band you should check out.

if it were me, i'd check out thursday as well to listen to the new stuff. alexisonfire because they have a new cd coming out and they'd likely play something new, and i've never seen them before. minus the bear supposedly puts on a really good live performance, so them too. probably chiodos as well.

i wouldn't check out circa survive, they didn't impress me when i saw them live. of course i was outside and it was raining so that could have effected it too.

I was surprised to see minus the bear and mewithoutyou there but in a good way. Aside from their light show, Thursday was pretty mediocre. Motion City Soundtrack had a great audience, and Fall Out Boy wasn't that bad either.

haha, usually when I go to a concert where a band is ridiculously bad, if the audience is very much involved and energetic it overturns the fact that I don't like the band. On sunday I saw Fall of Troy and others.

agreed. crowds can make or break a concert for me, sure the band needs to be good, but a lame crowd can take a lot of air out of the show.

how were the sunday bands? i heard the fall of troy played rockstar nailbomb i want to see that.

also...i heard anthony green was in full drag talkin about sucking other guys off? thats a bit odd.

Fall of Troy did play rockstar nail bomb, and their show for me was one of the best of the two days. The stage they were playing had some pretty decent bands, I remember seeing the bled in there playing "You know who's seatbelt". I was with a group of friends so I stayed and saw senses fail, saves the day, lifetime, and yeah Taking Back Sunday.

I really like them live. Have a great stage prescence (sp?) as long as their equipment isn't messing up, cause if it is all hell can break loose.

Did you see chiodos perform? I heard thom (the fall of troys) singer performed with them for a few songs
