I know they aren't, they have the style though. Mabye not in their lyrics, but definately in how they have sax and trumpet in there.

What is ska to you then? I don't know much about it, thats why I reffered to the horn sound as ska.

Vocal approach define a genre more than any other part. And seeing how they're a screamo band and there are no high chords while being bass driven I'd say they're far from ska.
