It's different enough from their other stuff so as not to be boring, though it's hardly 'doomy'. I know what you're saying, though: the few tracks over two minutes are well developed, and remind me a lot of Safety Second, Body Last.

yeah it's not really "doomy" persay except for like...the first and one other song. It's like the locust version of doomy haha. I dig the hell out of it though. I can't wait to see them next month.

Definetly. Tomorrow is daughters/chinese stars for me so this month and next I get my fill of ridiculous.
