we i need your help. i just spent the week in texas with him family and friends. he was 21. this isnt right. when i was sitting with his father watching people pass by viewing him in the casket a song was playing that his fiance used to sing him to sleep about your lover dying in your arms. and it was ok. but then the sunny day real estate song - how it feels to be something on, came on and my brain literally came out of my eyeballs. john cried so hard his tear duct got infected and could only cry out of one eye. kevin was a mess. and all this time alex has been in europe unable to be there or talk with us at any length about it. me and alex lived with him our first year in washington. we were all so close, and he was a top dog.

im giving the profits of the label to various charities in his name but we need something more, something bigger. sunday is mothers day, his dad just divorced his mother and now she lost her only child. she will be here on sunday and i will be with her. monday is his 22nd birthday and all of his friends are going out to dinner with his family. i want to have a good birthday present.

i am putting out a double lp compilation and figuring out if i can include flash cards with all the records so everyone who buys the double or maybe even quadruple lp gets the mp3s with it. im putting pictures of him in the album. and using art drawn by a friend at the memorial for the sleeve. inside i am putting stories about him from his friends. i am donating all of the money to an organization that is researching ibogaine in canada and mexico. iboga is a intensely powerful psychedelic that has proven to have tremendous effect on addiction patterns. they have found a way to really successfully treat heroin addicts. its much more effective then rehab. the test subject dont relapse after a few sessions. it could realistic save the lives of so many heroin addicts.

i know everyone in bands deals with this ****. will you guys help?

i need a song. you can have already released it, but whatever it is, i need a version or recording that wont appear anywhere else. i need something exclusive. can you do this? i feel helpless. the other day i saw a friend so junked out and there was nothing i could say. needles always end in rehab or jail, and those sooner or later end up in a casket. iboga can potentially make a difference.

please help. please. i need you guys.
