Default Good breakup songs?

My friend just broke up with his girlfriend and wanted me to ask if anyone knew any good breakup songs. I'm sure this will help others too, so post 'em here!

saves the day- freakish
afi- dancing through sunday
incubus- i miss you
senses fail-hope is gone
from autumn to ashes-autumn's monologue
the ataris-giving up on love
a static lullaby- a song for a broken heart.

... sorry to hear break-ups are always hard.

By far the best ever break-up songs are either

"Your so Last Summer" Taking Back Sunday

"okay I Believe You......But My Tommy Gun Won't" Brand New

There both songs that I listened to after I broke up with a girl after a year and a half. Sorry bout the break-up dude.

I love the song "Only One" by Yellowcard. I broke up with a guy a little while ago and that song was really comforting. Now if your friend wants a song that says what an idiot the other person was, then this one wouldn't be the greatest, but it's still a really awesome song. Hope I was of help...

Anything by Kite Flying Society or Guster. (Depending upon whether your approach to breakups leans toward screaming agony or depressive contemplation).
