Agreed, but i don't think they are overhyped to be honest....Do you mean in like.....real life or on boards? I'm not part of too many boards that have many emo fans so if that's the case, you could be right, i wouldn't know. But if in real life, i only know of me who knows them in my area.

I think any band that was on that super long download list get dubbed as overrated because a lot of people never explored beyond it but Prologue is one of my favorites.

true, histories posted a bulletin not too long ago about putting out a discography cd. They were still one of the best live screamo bands Ive ever seen. The dude wasnt using a mic and he was in this humongous venue (ottobar for anyone familiar with it haha). the singer was in icreate for a bit (matt I think) and got kicked out and now hes not even into screamo anymore and supposedly is just a big stoner. I have no clue what the other dudes are doing. Oh yea I should say the bassist did the same thing, he had this weird headbang thing going on. They were supposed to do a split with Ian and I's friend's old band We'll dance like ghosts on rooftops but that never materialized.

I think more screamo bands shouldn't use mics if they can help it creates this like awing effect (maybe I'm easily amused). When I saw Wolverines for the first time the mic was broken and he was like whatever and just kept going. It pretty amazing.

off topic: You two maryland kids going to see Suis La Lune next week in baltimore -some house I think week from tomorrow. They playing like 2 hours away from me in the week so I can't go. They're probably my favorite active emo band and they're playing with Boa Narrow who never ever plays shows anymore.
