Another few pointers are that they are on a christian label.The first person they all thank is jesus, to varing degrees of creepyness.

most of the bands mentioned on this thread are christian hardcore, metal, or emo bands. I think Blindside is a great band. I also like P.O.D But most people when they hear christian rock, they think of whining acoustic bands that say the same thing over and over again and sound like crap. I have to listen to my boss play wrbs(nothing but christian "rock") all day and thats torture.

i fail to see how you can misspell how. but anyway, on Their Only Chasing Safety, almost all the lyrics were secular. However track 10 "Some Will Seek Forgiveness, Other's Escape" is very religiously themed. So much so the last line is "Jesus, I'm ready to come home."
