Lightning Bolt
If Jesus was in a band he would probably be in Lightning Bolt. Loud, fast, and infinitly catchy. I just wish they had away of listening to their music without having the cd. Frost and covle, they fit into your taste.

Believe it or not, I did I school project on these guys last year. It was a photography class. I've always been a big fan of their live pictures.

They're the band you listen to when you're bored and you turn it up real loud and you flail about your room. Crazy good.

Lightning Bolt are the leading noise rock band on last fm....so I decided to check them out and wow...good stuff.
|
Megaghost has to be one of the most intense things i have ever heard. I have big big love for this band, and fond memories of playing Dracula Mountain in the 6th form common room. The reactions from everyone was priceless.

these dudes are so awesome, been a fan for a while and have still never seen them =(, that needs to change
|
i ****ing love this band.

Noiserock is my favorite genre......just downloaded Lightning Bolt's discography. I'm way late to the party but I'm glad I finally checked them out.

I don't know what to say about this band. I love them. And I really want to be in this thread because of that.
EDIT: Sooooo..... anybody ever seen them live? That'd be a dream of mine come true. |
That's a dream of mine too. Sadly they've never been nearly close enough...

Saw them at **** Yeah Fest in LA last September. It was pretty sick, although they were made to play on a stage--which, as far as I know, is unusual--and the folks kept stopping the show and threatening to end it for good if the crowd wouldn't stop pushing up against the stage. It also was outdoors, and not loud enough.
Nevertheless, I'm grateful to have seen them live at all. Hopefully again in a better setting, though, too. You talkin about MTG stuff, arthurbrute? |
I'd love to see them live. Not that into live concerts, but i think that would really be something.
I thought they were from UK, but turns out they are American... |
