Well, to be honest, I'm going to listen to more then two bands from 2009.
Limiting yourself to two is silly ;)
Haven't heard of the latter, will check them out later.

Empire! Empire! is sick, Joie De Vivre's EP was good, but I think their full length is going to be amazing.

Age Sixteen and the Kidcrash, I think. I'd probably pick Staph for a number 3.

why was the link removed? are the mods of this forum against music or something? wtf. anyway, I'm posting these bands on my blog so look out for that if you want to hear what all the fuss is about. they can furthermore be bought from Count Your Lucky Stars records if you like them.

They are probably just against music that you have started a thread for and yet are still to tell us one single thing about either of those bands, what kind of music they play or give us any reasons at all about why we should listen to them other than a stranger on the internet told us to?

Airborne Toxic Event...loved their CD...
