I like MCR and hawthorne heights but i dont really classify them as being emo! they are more or less their own genre!

They aren't good enough to hold their own genre.

Hawthorne heights in it's own genre......their is no way you can say that their not screamemo very band screamemo at that their scream isn't even real

No, I haven't seen them live, and I don't listen to them that much really. But I do like their screaming. I don't think I would really call it fake though. Do you call it fake when an electric guitar is put thru a stomp box and is distorted? I know its not quite the same thing, but just something to think about...

It's true. In my opinion and many others' opinions, Hawthorne Heights is a horrible band. Just listen to Ohio is for Lovers and you'll understand. End of debate
