hey guyz ,

just wondering if anyone can help me out with some new bands to listen to . I like brand new , taking back sunday, the used, dashboard confessional etc so yeh i was wondering if anyone can let me kno of some similar bands to these

i was going to post some bands......but i doubt the person that posted this will ever return to this site.....so...im passing.

again, we need to set a certain amount of posts before new people can make threads. its stupid how they make threads, and never come back again.

i think the post count before a newbie can make a thread should be at least 100. by that time most people are accustomed to the ways of Musicbanter. there have been tons of these people that post 1 stupid ass thread and then never come back to the site.

Well, this thread has turned into complaining and bickering just like the others... :mad: Threads on this site never end well.

okay, im gonna change the subject then..

well, if this matt person ever does come back, he should really check out the bands listed.

yeah well...most of the threads that end like this one were originally posted by the newbies that never come back.. so the subject changes when people realize that they are giving suggestions to people that are non existent.

i just got the hawthorne heights cd yesterday, and im liking it a lot.

^ What are some good songs off of it? I'm thinking of buying the CD when I get some money. I've really only heard their stuff on PureVolume, and I've liked what I heard.

funny how the songs that get the most media play, are usually the worst ones...or at least the ones that no one likes on the cd

^ Yeah, that happens sometimes. I think part of it has to do with the fact that you hear them all the time and then you grow to hate the radio song. I have many CDs that I prefer alot of the virtually unknown songs over the more recognized ones.

I like that song. I don't listen to the radio at all though, so I couldn't say if it gets too much airplay. So much of radio is junk, or they run any good song into the ground. I have stopped listening to it.

^ i don't listen to the radio either, everyone just says that song is so great. it's definetly not my favorite song on the cd.

^ Well, as I said, I haven't listened to the album yet. If the other songs are even better, I'm sure its prolly a good CD. Hopefully I won't be disapointed!

You're a newbie whether your a nOOb has yet to be determined. Avoid making stupid posts and show respect towards other members and you'll do all right.
