Le Tigre not catchy enough? Are you sure you're listening to the right albums/songs??

I would check out
Figurine
Styrofoam
The Notwist
Goldfrapp
Freezepop
Fischerspooner
The Russian Futurists
Information Society

GREAT list there... even have info society on there! lol! Hack is a classic album!

to add:

13 & God (this is a notwist off shoot and their album out this year is very good)
Junior Boys (of postal service ilk, but not so 'poppy')
Dntel - Jimmy from Postal Service/Figurine solo work
Soulwax (and 2 Many DJ's) - their recent stuff is very electroclash (nite versions)
Client - akin to ladytron
LCD Soundsystem
Zoot Woman - very good pop

Oh you have to check the Chalets... theyre pretty popular over here (and quite obviously Irelands taste in music is incredibly refined...Jessica Simpsons been number one for about three years). But they ARE a fantastically catchy and electro-luvverly fivepiece. Look for "Check-In" the album, or better still the Nightrock EP. Now THERES your Christmas pressie
