Thumbs up The Mars Volta or New Address???

I like the mars volta's origonality they got a hot style not to mention that a lot of there **** is in spanish so i understand it!

The Mars Volta are one of my favourite bands ever... The Tremulant EP, De-Loused, Frances the Mute, and scabdates are all great. I've not heard the second so TMV get my vote.

Guess I'm like everyone else here - Never heard anything by New Address (which begs the question… should I?)

And, just like everyone else here so far, I agree that The Mars Volta are a very good band. I particularly liked "Deloused in the Comatorium" - Overall, they've got unique and distinct sound… although some of their stuff can bite a bit heavily from King Crimson & Led Zeppelin.
