Heard of this band just recently. Are they any good. Its a one man band?

I made a thread on him ages ago, in the pop forum somewhere. You're probaly gonna get flamed for posting this in here seeing as he's on maverick records and Everything In Transit is a fun album. Dark Blue, La La Lie and Into The Airwaves are my favorite songs.
