Mr. Cave has qwuite the knack for writing sad, dark ballad, that's for sure! There is particular track from his ...And No More Shall We Part... album, called Love Letter, I think and it breaks me in two every time I hear it.

That's probably my favourite album of his. 15 Feet Of Pure White Snow is asweome. That whole album is phenominally depressing

I went through this thread.... and went through some of my sad Playlists.

I have a hard time understanding what is Indie and what isnt considering it has a couple meanings.

Heres a few...

This song is a complete downer and can only be enjoyed if the listener is miserable.

Charlemagne, aren't the Mountain Goats cool like that? They have these heartbreakingly sad songs with these great littlwe bits of dark humour rolled into them... I love that!
