Why? And what were the songs?

If The Magic Position was the one that came out this year and you guys are praising it as his best work then I'll probably not be able to get into his music. I'm going to re-listen to it in a few mins.

Agreed, for me it goes Wind in the Wires>Lycanthropy>The Magic Position

I think Ethan's post right underneath answers your first question. If you tell us why you didn't like it then it'd be easier to reccomend tracks.

I don't know why people rave over Accident & Emergency. The best song on TMP is quite clearly Magpie.

Given both Wires and Lycanthropy a second listen and I REALLY like em.

**** yes dude.

The Magic Position > Wind in the Wires > Lycanthropy
1. augustine 2. the magic position 3. overture 4. the stars 5. enchanted

joyboyo53 12-30-2007 04:33 PM

I would rate them in the exact opposite order.

I think it just depends on what your tastes are. It's not like he's recycled the same thing over and over. I don't know what the next album's going to be like, he said it's going to be electronic but I've also heard some of his new stuff and it's pretty folkish. It maybe a double album too. Lyrically it's going to be heavily influenced by the stuff he saw when touring the US.

I've also heard rumours of a sea theme being implemented.
