They aren't unique in their sound in anyway. It's simply been done before but I think the song writing is slightly different than what you might find from most people. Atleast my first listen many of the songs I didn't always correctly predict what was coming. Nice indie folk band. I like them.

This was basically my reaction to this thread. I don't get why these guys get so much hype. Pretty standard stuff.

I have Don't Ask, Eavesdropping (Simon Bookish Remix), Fix It and (my fav) La Duchess Anne (Safety Scissors Remix) on rotation.

this band is starting to get a lot more publicity... which is good to see!

I'm on the label mailing list so got this before the album came out...

They are at ATP vs the Fans even and have already emailed the label asking for an interview for my site too...

Not many bands are GENUINELY "unique" in their sound. Even if it seems so, what you find if you dig deeper is that there're quite a few other act/s pretty similar but without popular recognition.

Extremely boring.
