Loyalty to Loyalty leaked. Pretty average album actually. I thought about seeing them live next month, but after listening to the new album I might be saving my money instead. I thought Robbers and Cowards was full with memorable tracks, this one may just not be as immediate and might take me a couple more listens.

I like Cold War Kids a lot. I only have the Up in Rags EP, but I'd say they're rather solid.

I have Robbers & Cowards. It definitely has some great songs on it but I feel like it has quite a bit of filler too. I can imagine them producing something really great further down the line though, they seem like they have a lot of potential.

I agree with everything you said. Definetly a disappointing follow up in my opinion. Robbers and Cowards showed CWK had huge potential, but I wasn't impressed at all by Loyalty to Loyalty. Maybe it'll be a grower album...

Default Cold War Kids

I Really Like This Band, They Have a Very Interesting Sound. Its Very Unfortunate That I have Not had The Oppurtunity To Listen To The new Cd At all. I heard The Single So Far Thats it. Robbers and Cowards Was An Overall Great Cd Saint John and Passing The Hat are Amazing Imo. I would Never Not go To see Them If I Had The Chance even If you dont like the New Cd This Band Reaches its Greatest Heights While Live.

What do folks reckon of the new disc?
I got it a few weeks back...pretty solid with a few good singles there.

Yup! That's the only one I've got too (well, I've got the Hang Me Up To Dry EP as well). The last two tracks are definitely the weakpoints for me - sort of makes an otherwise great album tail off towards the end.

Haven't got their new release though, but I'm really looking forward to giving it a go

I got Robbers & Cowards a while back on a tip but I thought it was unremarkable on every level personally.
