What do you guys think about them? Some of my friends like them a lot but I have not heard enough to voice a solid opinion yet...I'll probably listen to them more and give you an update in the next couple of days...

My postal service sucks, sometime they don't get the packages and stuff, I think they steal them..... just kidding i never heard them...

I think they are phenomenal....one of the most original bands in quite a while.

Agreed on that, they just go with their own style and some people like it and others don't. But that's all fine, because they stick to their own roots.

i am in love with the postal service, i wasnt sure at first but after a few listens i realised that i was hearing something amazing, and the lyrics are great

They're a great band, I'm really feeling what I've heard.. definately going to have to pick up a CD soon.

I agree...I can't seem to get enough of "such great heights" (it's sad really,there's dancing involved)
The album is definitely worth a listen

Death Cab for Cutie is probably more preferred by me too, but I like them both.

Ben Gibbard is one amazingly talented man going from death cab for cutie to the postal service to his other sideproject..can't remember the name.... a very talented man...and on a personal note i love The Postal Service...it is lyracaly amazing. I'm interpratating Brand New Colony and Clark Gable as we speak for Literature and Composition project... I highly recomend give up and i jsut wish the Ben Man himself was not giveing the postal service a break. and i wish i was better at spelling...i type to fast.

Only the talented have the ability to share it with the rest of the world. Here's a thought; let's stop labeling music and fighting over what genre a certain band is, and start listening to whatever pleases our ears no matter what anyone thinks of it! ;)
