Manics show in NY

First time in States in 10 years was an occasion. Webster Hall was a good place for a show. The crwd was a bit tame but appreciative and James thank us a couple times and they seemed really happy to be in NY for us.

James' guitar was kinda low IMO and they weren't quite as raw as I would have liked but they ripped off a great set covering much of their vast ground. Not enough of Holy Bible but can't complain.

they said no encore ever and I took them at their word and jumped for the train. I don't know what they have left on this U.S. tour (I know they already did Philly and Boston as someone I spoke with on the bathroom 'queue' told me), but if you have a chance to check a show, I recommend it.
