Same, except I hated the 4th season. I wish the 1st generation characters would come back :(

Season 1 and 2 of Skins were well written and well performed. Should've done season 1 and 2 and then a series special to really conclude the ending of number 2.

3 and 4 make me hate the show.

Finally, someone who agrees with me! Everyones like "Oooh Freddies so hot! Oooh lesbians! Oooh STFU!" I mean sure, Freddies hot, but not enough to save the series.

Nicholas Holt could act as could the Asian guy from series one and two, looks aside even though shows like this have to have lesbians and good looking people. Freddie's character was just so bland and boring and the other twat may as well have had a sign on his head saying "Look at me! Look at me!

The girl actors were equally as terrible - oooh well, we have something for girls. Let's give the male population lesbians. That'll up the ratings and fan base.

Pathetic show even though it started out as such a brilliant show.

What does the bold mean? The 1st series started off well, all the characters were likeable and at least believeable. Then everyone took a liking to Sid and Maxxie (me included) but it was all still fine, it still had everything else going for it.

But in the third and fourth its all about Effy and her depression and the bloody love triangle and then the ****ing lesbians. Naomi was cool at first, then it just got pathetic. Too dark, too stupid, and too fake. It wasnt believable anymore. :(

The bold means Nicholas Holt could act, as could the Asian guy (forgot his name, cba finding out.) Nic Holt had been in films before, and the Asian lad later showed in his acting ability in Slumdog.

Sid and Chris*

Maxxie was shit. Chris was always my man. I didn't see the fourth, just the third. And that was enough. 2 series and a Christmas special would've been far better than flogging a dead horse.

Dev Patel, thats the Asian guy. He's the man! He's going to be in th next Avatar: The Last Airbender movie so I might go see that. Even though, admittedly, I've never watched an episode of Avatar in my life. I liked Nic Hoult though, Id only seen him in About A Boy though - he was so cute. Loved it :)

Maxxie probably appealed to me because I'm a girl, and all girls liked Maxxie. I agree though, Chris was the man. I was so sad when he died. Might of cried? No, just went into a short lived depression. He acted it really well, and was probably the coolest out of all the Skins characters.

Christmas specials - meh. Halloween ones like they do in the Simpsons are way better. Although, I hated Cassie - so maybe it was better that there was no more 1st generation. No excuse for the load of the crap the 3rd series issued though.
