merchandise For the alt rock band

I am a member of a fairly successful band that has recently reunited to tour and record new material. a lot has changed since we were last active. merchandise is more important than ever. we have an online store and did very well selling at shows last year but moving forward I'm trying to come up with a functioning strategy for our merchandise 'presence'. As a band we bicker a lot about how and when to introduce new items, the concept of buyers fatigue, the separation of tour merch from 'store' merch. that sort of thing. would love to hear thoughts on how people approach this in keeping afloat while not fleecing the fans.
