Default Cold War Kids

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything from their new Album - great band outta Cali. They sound like early White Stripes and are flying high under the radar... check em out.

Chaotic, catchy, and yet the lyrics don't entirely suck! Must be great to see them live.

And I love the fat guys t-shirt.

I downloaded a couple of their EPs a few weeks ago
It`s odd

To me their vocalist sounds like Thom Yorke in some songs Jack White in others and Bobby Gillespie when he sings in his low voice.

Every song i`ve heard sounds like it was done by a different band

Which is a good thing.

Good, now leave it at that. The production on the album really ruined this band.

I've heard about 5 or so songs from them and have loved each one. I'll put their album on my Christmas list.

I only own the 'Up In Rags' EP, but from that I kinda think they're pretty groovy.

Why is their new album 'Robbers and Cowards' just a load of songs from the previously mentioned EP, plus some others?

It's songs from this year's 2 EPs poorly re-mastered, and then like, 2 new songs.

I was pondering over whether I should see them live tomorrow or not... But I guess I'll listen to history me. I forgot all about that post.
