Default Laura Marling

Okay, I don't know if anyone knows Laura Marling, but she is this really good folk/alternative singer-songwriter from England, and she is only 17 I belive and I really like her at the moment.
This is her myspace page:

MySpace.com - Laura Marling - Eversley, UK - Alternative / Folk Rock / Alternative - www.myspace.com/lauramarling

Best songs: New Romantic and My Mantic & I
Her new album is out in Feburary I think, and I'm certainly going to get it. Any fans out there?

Nothing wrong with her songs, that's tosh, she combines an enticing pop sensibility with this sanguine, folk aesthetic. Very nice voice. Nothing original by all means, but she does what she does well.

And she's also the female singer in Noah and the Whale.

She's excellent and I wondered why the voice in Noah and the Whale sounded so familiar!

Only a year late but that'd be Young Love.

For people who haven't heard her just came across this awesome version of the title track on her album. Hear it, love it.
