Anybody remember this band? I believe they were from LA or San Diego... One of the great unsung bands of the post-punk revival's first wave. Their 2002 album ExitheUXA is as good or better than anything the Rapture or Les Savy Fav have produced. Really unique vibe, a gnarly angular guitar attack that alternates with this weird strung-out slacker thing. Check it out, even if that dude's hair is somewhat of a tragedy.
