I have never really taken that much notice of my local music scene until I found Kaito and they are really rather good. They have supported bands like Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Pretty Girls Make Graves and Jon Spencer Blues Explosion. You can check out there website for tracks, I'm not sure if you can download them but you can listen to them.
