Great, now I get to hear everyone gush about how brilliant Radiohead is for the five years following this release.

I just hope they better make up for the king of shit.

Where's all the hype around the new single, MB?



Pleasantly surprised by how accessible it is. As much as I like TKOL, sometimes I just want a straightforward tune like this.

I think such a tune is a great way to come back and start a new conversation with the listener.

I'm excited to hear the new album! :love:

It's also curious to hear their new comments about their relation to Youtube and Spotify. Posting their song on these web-sites after so much critic seems intentionally provocative.

I dig the tune too, I'm much more excited about LP9. Anybody get the "Burn The Witch" card in the mail?

As well as ordering their albums from best to worst.

Pretty much. Nearly every Radiohead discussion I've been in had people flocking in just to order the albums around and do practically nothing else.

Burn the Witch is a 7, Daydreaming is a 9. Hyped.

Radiohead Announce New Album Release Date

Burn The Witch is fantastic, and Daydreaming sounds like a great song but in the context of the record. As it stands alone, it's alright. I like the video.

To me, both tracks get better the more I hear them, which is pretty much how Radiohead works usually. I hope the rest of the album lives up to the hype. If they can manage to avoid having ****ty tracks with this album, I will be amazed. (Every album since Kid A has had some sort of cruddy track holding it back IMO.)

In Rainbows? Bruh, that's one one of their best, maybe their best.

And my fave is Hail To The Thief, also after Kid A (which is my 2nd fave)

But wtf do Factie and I know

The whole audio aesthetic of that album disagrees with me, but regrettably Bodysnatchers and House of Cards are a couple of detractors.

I had faith in you as a member, I retract that now.

While we're on that note, I like Amnesiac more than Kid A.

It's amazing. Honestly one of their best. Amazing guitar and string parts throughout. Just beautiful.

You must not listen to much other than Radiohead if this is your opinion.

I know you don't like them so... But I really do listen to far more than Radiohead, still have a soft spot for them though. Listen to the album first and then make a judgement you fooooooool.

It's har dto believe these guys are 50. Thom's voice hasn't really changed. Then again, King of Limbs didn't really have the same energy as the rest.
