Need help IDing 1990s song by guitar riff
 

Back again but I know even less this time. All I can remember is a guitar riff. E,D,B repeated twice in succession with the 2nd time letting the first note hang a bit longer, like maybe twice as long. Then a break and it drops down a key with the same 3 notes repeated again. Based on the riff (which is all I've got) it might be at home on the soundtrack of a modern western movie which is where I thought I heard it. Could be wrong on that though

Is it something by Pearl Jam maybe? The chords sound a little Grungy.

No and it might even be in the pop category. Man I know nothing else about this song. I don't know if I'll ever figure it out
