Ive only heard the singles tbh. Are the albums any good?

If you want to hear some good southern-style indie rock, listen to Aha Shake Heartbreak. If you want to hear more pop-alt-rock (not necessarily a bad thing) get Because of the Times or Only by the Night...

How about I give them all a listen? Everyone says the first albums are the best but I've heard a bit of Because of the Times and I liked it.

Sure. I haven't gone through the entire first one yet, mostly because I get bored. My favorite is Aha Shake, but I see the appeal in the others...

Well, I'll start with Aha Shake then. Nobody here seems to like the new stuff so I'll just go where theres common ground and start with the early stuff.

It's not like it lacks hits; this single did pretty well in the UK:

I find the lyrics more subdued and it less cheesy overall than more recent songs like 'Use Somebody' and 'Revelry'...

Hmm.. I may have to listen to it again. Use Somebody I never really got into, but Revelry I didnt mind. The lyrics werent that great, but the overall song was pleasant.
