I'm so glad to hear that you re doing well!

I started at our local community radio station almost four years ago and I love it.

I upload my shows to mixcloud....once I'm able to post links I'll post one.

Yeah at 50 I've taken back to cycling just because it is so much less punishing on my body. I still get a 5 or 10k in with friends from time to time. But I really got into gravel riding and still love nice long rode rides.
