Hello everyone, name's Corsaire. I have been obsessed with music ever since I discovered Radiohead and other artists as a kiddo, an event which would kickstart an obsession with the form that continues to this day. Forums are the only place you can really discuss music online nowadays that isn't trash so after finding this one it would only be logical that I joined. Though frankly that's true to all forms of online discussion nowadays. Curse social media.

As for the music itself I love pretty much everything, though rock still holds as my favorite genre, particularly indie; any type, really, though shoegaze stands out. Post-hardcore is also something I'm obsessed with, outside of those two it's really everything from ambient to classical to hip hop and etcaetera.

Looking forward to fill the forum with posts and interact with the people here.

Lozenge of Love... now that's an obscure pick. I have been listening more to the B-sides than the main albums recently, both The Bends and Amnesiac have some real gems hidden there. Permanent Daylight is from the same single and also pretty good, it's obvious Sonic Youth worship but the thing is that I'm a Sonic Youth worshiper.

If anything, Lozenge of Love reminds me of Nick Drake, who's probably my favorite singer songwriter.

I suspect that the very best Radiohead album is the highlights from Kid A and Amnesiac that they could've released as a single album instead of breaking it into two installments that have some filler. Just my opinion. As it is, my singly favorite album is still The Bends.
