This is Gus. http://i35.tinypic.com/9kpbt4.png He is the community dog. When I say that I mean he lives in Rentler with my grandparents, and I see him every weekend. But we decided that Shawn (uncle) owns him, his girlfriend Kerri does as well. So does Pops & Gram & I & Ma & my brother J & the departed Shoomaker... he's got two floors, wall-to-wall and a goldfish. He comes downstairs to eat toast in the morning, he also gets on the table and drinks our coffee. He has lunch and dinner and midnight snacks with us. He sits on top of the couch and patrols the block & barks at everything. He keeps us warm at night. <3 |

Gus IS a perfect dog. I love him to death. I really bonded with him when my at-home dog passed away over the summer, on the night of the Doobie Brothers/Chicago concert at SPAC up here in NY. I saw him get hit with a car & the lady never stopped :(. Then I started really bonding with Gus. Gus is my homie. |
I will tell him you said so, he loves it all the more when we call him names ;). Haha.
Yeah. I can understand the bonding with animals thing. I've always prefered them to humans, haha. Animals can't fight with you, not with words anyhow, they don't piss me off or hurt me haha. I'd say I was an animal-lover, yeah. :) |
