Some of you know about my new kitty Libby Tick-Willow. She is my replacement "pocket kitty" (not that Isabelle could ever be replaced, RIP).

Anyhow, my three year old has totally cat-swooped on me! What a proud, slightly bittersweet day for Mom

Ki, I hope you're reading this, because I only posted it for you!

This post is useless without pics. Show us the new kitty!

I've named a few cats in my day. None were mine, officially.

Named one cat Oreo because it was black and white.

Named another cat **** Face because it had a black face. Hmm. Just now hit me that the cat had black face.

Named one cat Al because I asked him his name and he was like "Al".

Named one cat Ray Charles because he had no eyes. That cat was mine. Al ripped his eyes out as a kid.

That's a cute way to name a cat. Similar to how Porque got his name. Sounds like he's saying "why" when he meows and he's super vocal.

Yeah, I was close to naming one of my cats burned marshmellow because it was a Tuxedo cat. Only had white on its paws. I ended up just naming it Missy come to find out later on that Missy wasn't a female cat but a male one. Didn't change his name. He was stuck with Missy.

@ Dj: I'll see if I can sneak one in when the kiddo is asleep and they are snuggling. I don't post pics of my kids (or myself) online so I'll crop it down to just an arm so you can see proof of my small human cat-napper.

Seriously so proud; she's even more advanced of a cat-swooper than I was at her age

@ DWV: I can just see you taking that little pocket doggy on a walk, poop in hand, basking in the ""aaaawwwwww's" from random chicks.

This guy is moving in with my family today. His name is Leo and we're adopting him from one of my sister's teachers who doesn't live in a large enough space or have a yard. He gets on well with our current dog Niko and is 4 years old so he's already mellowed out and super easy maintenance.

Spoiler for I'll put a smaller pic in later:

Here he is! I think I might already be his favourite of the house, probably taking hints from Niko. I'll post a pic with both soon, I almost got a really good one where they were smelling each other's noses.

That's a cute puppy.

What breed is it?

Kind of looks like a husky.
