No i was just wondering if thats what you meant by the tennancy lease...i just thought tennancy sounded like tenants so they were maybe invlolved with eachother....i was correct

There's a lot of them around these parts. It was very hard on petrol until it thew a rod through the block 2 years ago. Hasn't turned a wheel since.
I'm currently in the midst of repowering her with a diesel.

Nicely done..Diesel is where its at...burns slower...cheaper....more torque

Turbo diesel from a Bedford truck. The old Austin motor was only good for 55 miles per hour flat out.
